A diagnosis before a decision.

The goal is to understand the phone, the symptoms, and the realistic options—not to push you toward a repair before the problem is clear.

  1. 01
    Share the model and symptoms

Tell the team what stopped working and anything that happened before the issue appeared.

  2. 02
Let the team inspect the device

Visible damage is only part of the story. Inspection helps identify what actually needs attention.

  3. 03
    Understand the option before approving

Get a clear explanation of the recommended path, required parts, and what comes next.

Ask about your phone

Brand names identify devices Compupod may service. Compupod is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with or authorized by these manufacturers.

Some phone problems need deeper board-level work.

Compupod also handles micro-soldering and advanced hardware issues. The team can determine whether that path is appropriate for your phone after inspection.

Inspection determines whether advanced repair is appropriate.

Advanced work starts with the right diagnosis.

Board-level repair is not automatically the right answer. Compupod inspects the device first, explains what the evidence points to, and recommends the practical path.

  • Inspection-led recommendation
  • Clear explanation before work moves forward
  • Standard and board-level repair knowledge

Still unsure? Send the exact model and a short description of the issue.

Ask the team
What does the 90-day limited repair warranty cover?

Compupod’s limited warranty covers the parts and labor associated with the repair performed for 90 days. It does not cover accidental or water damage, self-caused damage, third-party work, or tampering with the repair. The in-store disclaimer must be signed for the warranty to be valid.

What should I send when I text the store?

Include the exact phone model, a short description of the problem, and what happened before it started. A photo can also help when the damage is visible.

Do you work on both iPhone and Android phones?

Yes. Compupod’s repair catalog includes iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola, OnePlus, Xiaomi, LG, TCL, REVVL, ZTE, Nokia, and other phone families. Text the exact model so the team can confirm support and part availability.

Can I get a price before bringing in the phone?

The team can start with your model and symptoms, but the clearest estimate may depend on inspection, the exact part required, and current part availability.

Do I need an appointment?

You can visit the Mission Street store during opening hours. Texting first is helpful when you want guidance about a specific model or possible part availability.

Where is Compupod located?
