Website terms

Terms for using this website.

By using this website, you agree to these website terms. Repair, retail, trade-in, payment, and warranty transactions are also governed by the authorization, receipt, and disclosures issued for that transaction.

Last updated July 29, 2026

Informational content

Website content describes representative services and common device issues. It is not a diagnosis, guaranteed repair outcome, binding quote, or promise that a particular part or service is immediately available. Inspection and customer approval may be required before work begins.

Repair tracking

The tracking feature is provided for customers authorized to view a repair. Do not attempt to access another person’s ticket, automate lookups, probe the service, interfere with security controls, or use ticket information for an unauthorized purpose. Status descriptions are operational updates and may change as diagnosis or work progresses.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful personal or business inquiries about Compupod. You may not disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, or attempt to bypass access controls.

Brand names and content

Compupod’s logo, original site content, and authorized brand assets may not be reused in a way that suggests sponsorship or affiliation. Manufacturer names are used only to identify devices or platforms that may be discussed or serviced. Compupod is an independent repair and electronics business unless a page expressly states otherwise.

Reviews and third-party services

Review counts, ratings, and excerpts are attributed to their public sources and may change. External links—including Google Maps, Google reviews, Yelp, telephone, SMS, and email links—are provided for convenience. Third-party services control their own content, availability, and terms.

Availability and changes

Compupod may correct content, update policies, change site features, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security. The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Transaction policies and applicable rights

These website terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. For customer-facing repair, warranty, exchange, and store information, review the Compupod repair and store policies and the documents provided for your transaction.
